Description: Driving Under the Influence, Driving After Suspension - Criminal. On 10-8-26, at approximately 0010, a trooper assigned to VSP-Royalton observed a vehicle traveling on in Hartford at 60 MPH in a 40 MPH zone. The trooper conducted a stop and during the investigation learned the operator, the suspect, had a criminally suspended license for a prior DUI conviction and showed indicators of impairment. the suspect placed under arrest for driving on a suspended license and suspicion of DUI. the suspect transported to Hartford PD for processing where the suspect released on a citation to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 10-27-26 at 0830
