Description: U-1 KEHn by a subject was traveling E/B the wrong way on E 4th St in the area of 148 E 4th St striking U-2 KANn by Marvin Woodfork JR who was traveling W/B on 4th St. Linda stated she is not from here and did not realize she was on a one way . The subject was transported to ARMC for reported back and neck pain, Linda stated she did not have any injuries. Linda was issued citation#58884 for One Way , Linda was provided with her copy and advised of 10/16/2026 0900hrs court date.
