On may 9, 2016 at approximately 10:32 p.M., columbus police officers responded to the intersection of gault street and lilley avenue on the report of an accident. Upon arrival, the officers found the driver of the vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound. Witnesses stated an unknown gunman in a chevrolet tahoe fired into the vehicle striking the victim and left in an unknown direction.
