After speaking with the operator, the suspect suspect of Rutland, Vermont, Troopers detected signs of impairment. the suspect subsequently arrested and transported to the Berlin Barracks for processing. the suspect processed and cited to appear in the Vermont Superior Court – Washington Criminal Division on October 5th, 2026, at 1230 hours to answer to the charge of Driving Under the Influence and Negligent Operation
