Description: (S): Violation of Conditions of Release, Simple Assault. On 10/05/2026, at approximately 0834 hours, Troopers responded to a disturbance on VT Route 110 in the Town of Washington. Investigation revealed the suspect., 23, of Washington violated his court ordered conditions of release by entering the residence. While inside the residence, the suspect Jr. placed the suspect, 39, of Washington in fear of bodily injury. Troopers were initially unable to locate the suspect Jr., however, the suspect Jr. ultimately turned himself in at the Orange County Courthouse in Chelsea, VT. the suspect taken into custody and transported to the Vermont State Police - Berlin Barracks for processing. the suspect issued a citation scheduled to appear in Orange County Superior Court – Criminal Division on 10/21/2026 at 0830 for the above charges
