Description: CDS Violation. On September 27, 2026, at approximately 7:14 a.m., Calvert deputies were dispatched to a welfare check at the BP Gas Station at that location, in the area. The complainant reported an inidivual was passed out in his vehicle parked next to a pump for several hours. Upon making contact with the driver, a subject, a glass smoking device containing white, powdery residue was observed in plain view inside the vehicle. A search incident to arrest revealed a small glass vial containing suspected Phencyclidine and tobacco flakes in subject’s pants. Subject was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center, where he was charged with CDS: Possession of Paraphernalia and two counts of CDS: Possession—Not Cannabis.
