Description: DUI, Negligent Operation, Reckless Endangerment. On the above date and time, Troopers from the Westminster State Police Barracks received numerous phone calls for a wrong-way driver in the area of I-91 NB MM 31.0, Rockingham (Windham County), Vermont. Troopers were able to locate and stop the vehicle at I-91 NB MM25.8. Troopers identified the operator as the suspect, 35, of Springfield, MA. During the investigation, indicators of impairment were observed. the suspect arrested and transported to the Vermont State Police Westminster Barracks for processing. the suspect released with a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on 10/20/2026 at 0830 hours to answer to the above charge
