Description: Negligent Operation. On the above date and time, a the suspect traveling south on South Brownell Road in Williston when they encountered a northbound vehicle traveling in the southbound lane attempting to overtake another vehicle. A head-on collision was avoided, and a traffic stop was conducted without incident. The operator of the vehicle was identified as the suspect . the suspect issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Chittenden Criminal Division on 11/10/2026 at 0830 hours
