On the above listed date and time, the Vermont State Police, Vermont Highway Patrol and Newport Police Department, responded to the area of in the Town of Derby, for a reported domestic disturbance. Through investigation it was revealed the accused, the suspect, had recklessly attempted to cause serious bodily injury to household members. the suspect located on scene, operating a motor vehicle and indicators of impairment were detected by troopers. the suspect arrested on scene and transported to the Derby Barracks for processing. the suspect held at Northern State Correctional Facility on $1,500

Ms. Blouin was found deceased on 05-30-1993 at 11:40 am off the eastside of town highway 41 (crawford road) 1.25 miles south of us route 5 in the town of derby.
