Description: 40-6-391(K) DUI - DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL: On 10/02/2026 at approximately 0050 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on a gray Ford Ranger for failing to obey a traffic control device. During the investigation, it was determined that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. The driver was subsequently arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.
