Description: 16-11-39.1 HARASSING COMMUNICATIONS: On September 30th, 2026, I, Cpl. Edwards, made contact with a subject a subject by phone call regarding harassment by her ex-husband, a subject a subject. a subject advised that she and a subject share two children together, a 10-year-old son and a 3-year-old. They are required by court order to communicate through a court-ordered app. She advised that a subject dropped the 10-year-old off at her residence this past Friday and has been continuously messaging her through the app about her whereabouts when he dropped their son off. a subject advised that she has told a subject multiple times to stop contacting her about this matter and stated that if he believed the children were in danger, he should contact law enforcement rather than continue messaging her. a subject stated the child was home alone for less than a hour due to her being at work, and there are camera's in and outside of the residence. a subject stated she was in constant contact with her son until she arrived home shortly after he was dropped off. a subject advised that she has told a subject to stop sending all messages that are directly concerning the children. a subject requested a report for documentation of this due to taking a subject to court for harassment in the same manner.
