Description: On October 1st, 2026, I was on patrol in a Chillicothe Police Department marked ATV, patrolling the area. As I was pulling onto the lot, I observed a very minor accident between a vehicle pulling out of the parking lot and a vehicle backing up from a parking space. After investigating the accident, it was determined that neither party wanted to exchange information nor wanted anything done with the damage being so minor. After running the driver of our at-fault vehicle, a subject, through LEADS, it was discovered that he had an active warrant for his arrest out of Lorain Police Department for parole violation.
