On the above date and time, Troopers from the Vermont State Police were conducting speed enforcement on in the Town of Clarendon when they observed a motorcycle traveling 109 MPH in a posted 55 MPH zone. The vehicle was stopped without incident, and the operator was identified as the suspect of Rutland City, VT. the suspect taken into custody and transported to the Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks for processing. the suspect issued a criminal citation to appear in Rutland County Superior Court – Criminal Division on November 16, 2026, at 10:00 am to answer to the above charge. the suspect a civil ticket that could potentially carry a penalty of $793 fine and eight points
