Info
Duane ewers, a retired anesthesiologist from southern california and avid hiker, traveled to mount charleston to hike to the summit with the suspect. Ewers and the suspect were seen hiking the trail after dark. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots at approximately 1:00 a.M. Several people saw the suspect before and after the murder.
