After speaking with the operator, the suspect, of Putney, Vermont, Troopers detected signs of impairment. the suspect subsequently arrested and transported to the Westminster Barracks for processing. the suspect processed and cited to appear in the Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on October 20 th, 2026, at 0830 hours to answer to the charge of Driving Under the Influence
