Description: Suspicious Person. Donna Skaggs at the location in Orland contacted the Sheriff's Office reporting her neighbor, , was causing a disturbance at her daughter's residence and hit her daughter's truck. a Deputy was detailed. Deputies contacted an individual who her daughter, Faith Butler. Both parties Deputies contacted who was aggressive towards Deputies and did not wish to speak with mental health. advised he was not allowed to return to the residence, and he was admonished for trespassing. Deputies determined a crime was not committed and Butler was advised to contact the Sheriff's Office if returned or continued causing a disturbance.
