Description: Unlawful Entry: At approximately 10:00 a.m. on September 26, police were dispatched to the report of trespassing. Upon arrival, it was determined the male suspect forced entry into the vacant apartment inside a building he was previously banned from. Responding officers located the suspect inside the unit and took him into custody. During the course of the investigation, it was determined the suspect was wanted by ACPD for a separate Unlawful Entry incident that occurred on September 4. [name withheld], D.C. A suspect was arrested and charged with Unlawful Entry and Destruction of Property and was served with the outstanding warrant. He was held without bond
