Troopers identified the suspect suspect as one of the operators. Throughout the investigation, the suspect displaying signs of impairment. At the conclusion of the investigation, the suspect placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI. the suspect transported to the Berlin Barracks for processing and then released on criminal citation
