Description: On 09/16/2026 at approximately 2310 hours, a deputy was dispatched to the Belton Police Department located at 7001 E 163rd Street in Belton in reference to a prisoner transfer. At approximately 2339 hours, a deputy took Darren Lee Snyder into custody on Cass County warrant #25CA-CR00766-01 for possession of a controlled substance and warrant # 25CA-CR00765-01 for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a weapon - subsection 11- possess a weapon and a felony controlle d substance. Both had no bond allowed. [NAME] was transported to Cass County jail without incident.
