At approximately 11:50 a.M., on october 9, 1993, richard singleton’s girlfriend call 911 to report him missing and the apartment as being ransacked. A few minutes later she recalled and told the emergency operator that richard’s car had been located at walnut and giest. The girlfriend and richard’s brother went to the car’s location and found richards’ car, a two-tone blue, 1981 chevrolet caprice, to discover his body inside.Agency
