Case originally reported to the denver police department on august 16, 2001. While updating their files, denver police decided that this was an aurora case on november 11, 2008. Daphne hope is missing from the 2000 block of fulton street where she lived with a black male named gary lynn sterling. Mr. Sterling denies knowledge of what happened to daphne. A search warrant executed at the residence did not locate items of evidentiary value. Daphne hope is a high risk victim involved with drugs and prostitution.
