On december 21, 2021, at approximately 2332 hours, officers were dispatched to a shooting call at the charm'd lounge located at 25 wythe creek road. Officers arrived to find a large crowd forming in the parking lot and patrons fleeing from the business into the parking lot. Officers located deloatch lying on the ground at the front door of the business. Deloatch was suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. Witness and forensic evidence showed that deloatch had been shot in the parking lot and then collapsed at the front door of the business. Deloatch was pronounced deceased by medics at 2343 hours.Agency
