Description: DUI Drugs, Violation of Conditions of Release, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Fentanyl, Possession of a Controlled Substance. On 09/23/2026, at approximately 0904 hours, the Vermont State Police received a report of a suspicious vehicle on reet, in the town of Waterbury, Washington County, VT. Troopers located the vehicle and identified the operator as the suspect of Waterbury, VT. While speaking with the suspect, signs of impairment were detected. Investigation revealed that the suspect operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs. the suspect subsequently arrested for the suspicion of DUI Drugs and Violation of Conditions of Release. The vehicle was seized, and a search warrant was obtained. During a search of the vehicle, drugs were located. the suspect lodged at the Northeast Correctional Complex in lieu of $25,000

On may 30th, 1989 the body of keith destromp (35 years of age) was discovered in the abandoned “pease grain” building on burlington’s waterfront, a victim of severe blunt trauma. Destromp was known to frequent this area which was popular with the homeless community at the time. Destromp’s death was ruled a homicide by the chief medical examiner and the case remains open and unsolved.Agency
