On april 16, 1995, denver police officers responded to the area of east 28th avenue and pontiac street on a report of shots fired. Upon arrival officers located the victim, later identified as jermaine chandler within the alley between pontiac and poplar streets. Victim chandler was immediately transported to a local hospital, but died from the gunshot wounds he sustained. The suspect(s) responsible for the shooting death of jermaine chandler remain unknown.
