On october 22nd, 2023, at about 7:00 p.M., officers responded to the clothing store at 1109 hudson ave. For the report of a person that had been shot. Officers found 26 year old vincent ulgiati lying inside the store. He had been shot multiple times and was deceased. Witnesses reported that an unknown male came into the store, walked over to the victim, shot him, and then fled the location.
