Description: SIMPLE ASSAULT: On Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at approximately 1144 hours, I, Deputy Daniel Nicholson, responded to 203C the listed locationive in Bulloch County for the report of a male who had been sprayed with oleoresin capiscum. Upon arrival, I made contact with Jeremiah J. Williams (COMPLAINTANT) who advised Rashiaa Dubinion (OTHER) a friend of the family had been talking bad about him and his family and he had enough and a subject her he was going to slap her earlier this date over text. Jeremiah advised he walked toward Rashiaa when she arrived on scene and she pulled out mace and sprayed him in the eyes before leaving the scene. I spoke with a subject (WITNESS) who observed the incident and she a subject both a subject to leave her property if they were going to cause problems. a subject advised the events Jeremiah a subject me were the way it happened and she wanted the a subject to leave. Contact was unable to be made with Dubinion. Jeremiah was examined by Bulloch County EMS and denied transport to the hospital. Jeremiah requested a report for the incident. I cleared the scene and returned to service.
