Description: Arrest. Officer is investigating a single-vehicle accident that occurred in the area., Millington. A 2017 Hyundai Passenger Car operated by the driver left the roadway striking a tree causing disabling damage. A passenger of the vehicle was transported by EMS to a Delaware hospital for treatment. During the investigation, indicators of impairment were observed at which time Subject performed poorly on standardized field sobriety tests. She was subsequently arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving while Impaired by Alcohol. She was charged and released to a sober driver. Rells Towing removed the vehicle from the scene.
