Description: Walter Moorhead, 74, of Salisbury MD shot and killed Santos Maria Chilel Soto, 39, of Georgetown DE while deer hunting. Victim was walking through open field with a man and two children when Moorhead fired his rifle believing he saw a deer. Victim pronounced dead at hospital. Moorhead charged with manslaughter.
