Description: Obstructing Officers, Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) – 1st Offense, and Felony Bail Jumping: Officers were flagged down by civilians for a subject slumped behind the wheel at the intersection. . Officers boxed in the vehicle to prevent the car from going into the intersection and observed the subject’s condition worsen and breathing become shallower. Officers forced entry through the passenger window, and the subject became alert. The subject denied medical treatment and gave officers a false name. The subject displayed indicators of impairment. They were arrested for OWI-1st – Drug Related and Obstructing Officers. After learning their true identity, a CCAP search revealed Washington, and Jefferson counties for 5 different cases. The subject had a legal blood draw obtained and was transported to Waukesha County Jail on a lockup.
