Description: Harassment. At approximately 4:52 pm Complainant came to the PD and reports she has been receiving harassing phone calls from ex-husband and he has also been threatening other people. Officer reports the complainant received approximately 40 calls from her soon to be ex-husband all day. Officer made phone contact with him advising him stop calling her. He agreed.

On tuesday, 9-19-06, at 2:05 a.M., two of mr. Robert west friends were waiting for him in a parked vehicle in the 11100 block of w. Langlade street. As mr. West exited his residence the suspect suddenly ran towards him and fired shots in his direction. The two friends exited the vehicle and rushed in the direction of the gunfire. Upon there arrival they found mr. West behind the residence shot to death.Agency
