Description: Suspicious Person. An anonymous person reported seeing a male The anonymous caller reported seeing the individual climbing around a balcony at the location. The subject was also reported to be associated to a blue colored Chevy Silverado parked on the corner of an individual, and W. Sycamore St., in the City of Willows. Deputies and CHP responded and thoroughly checked the area. CHP and Deputies contacted a subject matching the description at the intersection of an individual. and Eldorado St. The subject was identified as, Riverside County resident, Erik Freund. A records check revealed Freund was a registered sex offender out of an individual and was current on his registration. After an on-scene investigation, Freund was ultimately admonished and left the area, last seen N/B on I-5 from the Highway 162 on-ramp. The information was later uploaded into the CFARS database.
