Karalee Nichols contacted the Glenn County Sheriff’s Office to report her brother, Kenneth Kelly, was drunk and causing disturbance at her residence. a Deputy was detailed and responded. a Deputy contacted an individual who confirmed the disturbance was verbal only. was contacted and counseled on his behavior. Kelly agreed to return to his trailer on the property and call it a night.
