Description: On 9/15/2026 around 1803hrs I was on patrol in a marked patrol vehicle in Adelphi in Ross County when I observed a male subject driving a truck who had an active warrant. By the time I caught up to the vehicle it was parking in a driveway. I activated my overhead lights and made contact with the male. An arrest was made.
