Description: Disorderly Conduct, Unlawful Mischief. On the above date and time, VSP Derby Troopers responded to a report of a disorderly person in the area of reet in North Troy. With the assistance of US Border Patrol Agents and Newport Police Officers, the subject was located in the area and identified as the suspect. Subsequent investigation revealed the suspect damaged an individuals parked motor vehicle, vandalized a municipal sign, and behaved in a disorderly and tumultuous manner in a public place. the suspect detained at the scene and cited to appear in court on 11/17/26 to answer to above offenses

The peacocks were discovered deceased in their residence on 09/17/89, both victims of homicide. The residence was secure, and no sign of forced entry was discovered. A significant amount of evidence was recovered from the scene, and vsp detectives, cold-case specialists and forensic analysts continued to work the investigation over the years.
