Description: Officers responding to a domestic disturbance at a residence in the 1200 block of Legacy Pointe Boulevard found a 15-year-old girl who had fled to a neighbor's home after Katherine McDougal, 30, allegedly pulled her hair and grabbed her by the neck, restricting her ability to breathe, and prevented her from calling 911. Minor injuries observed; McDougal charged with aggravated domestic battery.
