He was last seen wearing a green t-shirt, blue jeans, and tan combat boots. Harris is a caucasian male with sandy hair and blue eyes. He stands at 5'8" and weighs 170-180 lbs. He has several identifying scars (right arm, left shoulder, left forearm, abdomen, chine, and both knees) and tattoos (left forearm, right forearm, and right upper arm).
