Clay fled on motorcycle and led Delaware State Police on pursuit through several roads before being stopped in Milton. Victim (44) hospitalized with serious injuries. Clay charged with Assault 1st Degree (felony) possession of deadly weapon during felony commission 4th-offense DUI and fleeing police; committed on $129018 cash bond.
