On december 25, 2005, at approximately 5:10 p.M., james stacy was walking in the 5300 block of w. Gowan, on his way home, when an unknown black male shot him. Several persons stopped to help stacy. Stacy only told witnesses that he was shot by a black male who was on foot and that he won $700.00 at the fiesta hotel. Numerous witnesses were interviewed, however no one saw the suspect. Video from the fiesta hotel, the cat bus and the funny's convenience store he was in just prior to the shooting, did not reveal any bma's following him.Agency
