On September 3rd, 1995, Tacoma Police responded to a 911 call of a fight outside of an apartment building in the 1300 block of Division Ave. In the City of Tacoma. Officers found victim Charles Hyatt on the sidewalk in front of his apartment, deceased from multiple stab wounds.
