Description: Dui: A deputy observed a vehicle driving erratically and conducted a traffic stop. Upon making contact, the driver displayed signs of impairment, including slurred speech, glassy eyes, and an odor of alcohol coming from their breath. The driver then admitted to consuming alcohol right before driving. Field sobriety tests were administered, and a breath sample was received. The driver was subsequently arrested. At the Sheriff’s Office, a breath sample revealed that the driver’s blood alcohol content was above the legal limit. The driver was identified. The suspect was charged with driving under the influence and a traffic lane violation. The suspect was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.

The autopsy found that william had been beaten and stabbed to death. William was traveling from his home in baltimore, maryland to tennessee on business. William had checked into the motel the day before in the company of a young white male. William's vehicle, a white 1979 volkswagen rabbit, maryland registration ebx304, was taken and has never been recovered
