57 year old robert ferrell worked as a caretaker. On september 15, 1992, a family member was made aware that robert had failed to show up at a client's home. The family member became concerned and went to check on robert at his residence on the 700 block of washington street. He was found deceased. Upon investigation of his capitol hill apartment it was confirmed that robert ferrell had been stabbed to death.
