Description: Larceny: A deputy responded to a larceny report at the nearby Wawa. Information was provided that the suspect was possibly intoxicated and had selected multiple cartons of cigarettes before passing all points of sale without paying. Upon making contact, the suspect displayed signs of impairment, including glassy eyes, slurred speech, and an odor of alcohol coming from their breath. The suspect was subsequently arrested. Camera footage showed the suspect opening a cabinet in the employee area, selecting multiple cartons of cigarettes, and passing all points of sale without paying. The suspect was identified. The suspect was charged with petit larceny and public intoxication. The suspect was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
