Description: DUI. On September 5 th, 2026, at approximately 1844 hours, the Vermont State Police responded to the report of an intoxicated male driving his vehicle into multiple driveways along VT Rt 109 in Cambridge. Troopers responded to the area and initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle on Cambridge Junction Rd, and identified, Montpelier. While speaking with the operator, Troopers detected indicators of impairment. was placed under arrest and transported to the Morristown Police Department for processing. He was ultimately released with a citation to appear in the Lamoille County Superior Court on September 23 rd, 2026, at 1230 hours, to answer to the charge of DUI

Lloyd “pat” fitzgerald (27 years of age) was last seen on october 2nd, 1972 in burlington, vermont. Fitzgerald was employed by the city of burlington electric and light department at the time of his disappearance. The body of fitzgerald was later discovered on march 4, 1973 in a remote area of a cornfield near the ethan allen homestead in burlington. It appeared that fitzgerald had been shot and killed. The cause of death was ruled a homicide by the chief medical examiner. Although there was significant investigation conducted over the years, the case still remains open and unsolved.Agency
