On september 1, 2020, at approximately 1:55 p.M., patrol officers were called to respond to the area of 3666 allendale drive on the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered 21yr old elijah lowe lying in front of the building. The victim had been shot and was pronounced dead at scene. Witnesses stated that the suspect fired the shots from inside the building and then ran out the back. The suspect was described as a black male in a hoodie.Agency
