Info

On april 12, 2018, at approximately 3:13 a.M., columbus police officers were called to the alley area near the rear of 50 wisconsin avenue on the report of an injured man. Upon arrival, officers found an injured male, seemingly the victim of an apparent physical assault. Cfd medic 10 arrived at the scene and transported the victim, later identified as 57yr old cameron d. Thurman, to mt. Carmel west hospital where they determined mr. Thurman's injuries were more serious than first thought. February 23, 2019, at approximately 3:50 p.M., mr. Thurman passed away and his death was ruled by the coroner to be as a direct result of the assault he suffered back in april 2018, therefore initiating a homicide investigation.
