At approximately 10:10 p.M., north precinct officers were dispatched to a shots fired call in the 3200 block of 13th avenue north.Officers arrived on the scene and then observed the victim lying unresponsive in a grassy area suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.Birmingham fire and rescue personnel arrived on the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.The preliminary investigation suggests the victim was targeted.Agency
