Farrell, at their residence at 22406 center ridge road in rocky river on 04/19/90, frances moses allegedly left the residence on foot wearing pink jogging pants, a gray leather jacket with buttons missing, a black t-shirt, and white tennis shoes at around 6:30 p.M. On 04/20/90 at 1:57 a.M., a motorist found her lifeless body on the metro park parkway below the north side of the I-90 overpass.
