Jerel a price b/m 6/16/1991 on 8/14/2018 at approximately 2353 hours officers were dispatched to 3543 prospect in regard to a shotspotter call. The call was later updated to a shooting. Upon officer arrival they located the victim in the northbound lanes of traffic. Ems responded and declared the victim deceased. Det.
