Description: Disorderly Conduct: On August 25th the defendant caused a breach of the peace at a Village Hall board meeting. Was seen hitting the windows with his fists and yelling profanities. His actions caused the attendees to be fearful of his actions. During a separate interaction with an employee of Village Hall caused a scene and a breach of the peace. He was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct. His court date was set for Oct. 14.
