Description: On 08/24/2026 at approximately 1320 hours, a deputy responded to Bates County Sheriff’s Office, located at 6 W. Fort Scott Street, Butler, Missouri, in reference to a prisoner transfer of a subject with an active Cass County warrant. Johnathon R. Spear was placed into custody for active Cass County warrant: 26-CAFTA-465, Failure to Appear on Domestic Assault - 4th Degree (2 counts), with a total bond of $1,500.00 cash only. [NAME] was given a court date of 10/06/2026 at 0900 hours. [NAME] was transported to the Cass County Jail, 2501 W. Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, MO 64701, without incident.

James bradley-piseno b/m 9-8-90 on september 10th, 2012, at approximately 1:45 pm officers were sent to 4004 e 56th terrace. When they arrived in the area officers located two male victims suffering from apparent gunshot wounds in a grey buick four door vehicle. Both victims were transported to area hospitals where they were admitted for treatment of their injuries. One of the victims, james bradley-piseno, died from his injuries on september 14th, 2012.
